The outstanding advantage of our liners is boltless. The general advantages in coal mills are as follows:

Higher reliability and stability in medium and large ball mills for high Cr Cast Iron with high hardness and low toughness.

The liners are easily installed and existing mills need no modification.

The boltless liners can guarantee no leakage of powder, no repairs during service periods and noise reduction. The reliability and stability of our liners are much better than those of traditional ones.

In the recent 20 years, our boltless liners have been widely used in hundreds of coal mills in Chinese coal-fired power plants. It is the only recommended liner product in the latest standard of the electric-power industry in China.
